The site is <br />approximately 108,519 square feet (2.49 acres) in size and currently <br />contains approximately 61,000 square foot building that was originally <br />constructed in 1932. In 1992, a 52,000 square foot expansion was <br />completed on the site which added a restaurant, gallery space, a gift <br />shop, and a conference room to the facility. Due to the historical and <br />cultural significance of the Bowers Museum, the property was listed on <br />411fhe Santa Ana Register of Historical Properties in October of 2000. <br /> <br />The museum currently contains a landscaped courtyard that is surrounded <br />by a 2,500 square foot restaurant and outdoor patio with seating for 160 <br />patrons, several exhibit galleries, a 2,100 square foot multi-purpose room <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />758-5 <br />
