10. This Acknowledgment shall be in full force and effect and shall be legally binding <br />upon the City and Franchise Hauler from the dated hereof and shall continue in full force and effect until the <br />earlier of (i) the end of ttte term of the Franchise or (ii) the end of the term of the Disposal Agreement_ <br />IL The City and Ilauler agree that the County shall be an express third party beneficiary <br />of this Acknowledgment, and shall be entitled to independently enforce the obligations of the Hauler <br />hereunder. <br />
