The insurance provided to any Additional Insured does not apply to "bodily injury," "property <br />damage," "personal injury," or "advertising injury" arising out of an architect's, engineer's, or <br />surveyors' rendering of or failure to render any professional services including: <br /> <br />1. the preparing, approving, or failing to prepare or approve maps, drawings, opinions, reports, <br />surveys, change orders, design or specifications; and <br /> <br />2. supervisory, inspection, or engineering services. <br /> <br />It is further agreed that this insurance shall be primary and noncontributory but only in the event of the <br />Named Insured's sole negligence. <br /> <br />'.
