Recitals: A. The parties entered into Agreement #N-2004-015, dated March 10,2004, (hereinafter "said Agreement") by which Consultant has installed fencing to secure property owned by City. B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to amend said Agreement to provide for additional fencing around the YMCA property and to increase compensation for the additional services. Wherefore, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this First Amendment to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: 1. Section I, SCOPE OF SERVICES, shall be amended to include the repair and/or replacement of existing fencing around the YMCA property to keep the property secure. Said repair/replacement shall be performed upon the written request of the Executive Director of the Community Development Agency, or his designee. 2. Section 2, COMPENSATION, shall be amended to increase compensation by $7,000.00 for a total not to exceed amount of$IO,OOO.OO during the term of said Agreement.
