These appraisal services include <br />determining the fair market value for the acquisition of properties <br />needed to accommodate the street widenings. Lidgard and Associates has <br />prepared acquisition appraisal reports for the City for a number of <br />projects in the past. The firm's services are required to update these <br />appraisal reports at the time of condemnation and to prepare for trial <br />during eminent domain proceedings. Staff is requesting authorization of <br />an agreement for an amount not to exceed $50,000 for the necessary <br />services. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br /> <br />There is no environmental impact associated with this action. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />25H-1 <br />
