This site is surrounded <br />by a combination of commercial and residential uses to the north, <br />commercial uses to the south and west, and multi-family residences to <br />the east (Exhibits 1 and 2) . <br /> <br />The property is approximately 0.68 acres in area, flat, rectangular in <br />shape and currently vacant.
