EXHIBIT A-1 <br />FEE SCHEDULE <br />Consultant shall provide the services set forth in the Part 1 Task breakdown at the fees set forth <br />in Attachment 1, titled "City of Santa Ana -Two Reservoirs". Total compensation to be paid for <br />such tasks shall not exceed $19,700.00. <br />Consultant shall provide quality control inspection as follows: <br />• Quality control inspection fees during the structural modification phase of the two <br />reservoirs shall not exceed $5,230.00, including travel time and mileage. <br />• Quality control inspection fees for the coating repair work and painting phase of the <br />project shall not exceed $21,950.00 for both reservoirs. <br />• The total fee to be paid Consultant for quality control inspection work shall not exceed <br />$27,180.00, during the term of this Agreement. <br />The total fees to be paid Consultant for all services provided pursuant to this Agreement shall not <br />exceed $46,880.00. <br />
