<br />9 <br />10 <br /> <br />13 <br />14 <br /> <br />15 <br />16 <br /> <br />17 <br />18 <br /> <br />19 <br />20 <br /> <br />21 <br />22 <br /> <br />23 <br />24 <br /> <br />25 <br />26 <br /> <br />27 <br />28 <br /> <br />1 <br />2 <br /> <br />Community Service participation are required by law. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />WORKLOAD STANDARDS <br /> <br />3 <br />4 <br /> <br />2.1 <br /> <br />CONTRACTOR's work load goa 1 s wi th respect to Exhi bit A to thi s <br /> <br />Agreement are as follows: <br /> <br />5 <br />6 <br /> <br />2.1.1 <br /> <br />Each One-Stop Case Manager shall carry a maximum caseload <br /> <br />of forty (40) Community Service participants. <br /> <br />7 <br />8 <br /> <br />2.2 <br /> <br />CONTRACTOR and ADMINISTRATOR may agree in writing to modify <br /> <br />workload goals as set forth in this paragraph. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />SERVICES <br />3 . 1 CONTRACTOR <br /> <br />shall provide WTW participants with Community Service <br /> <br />11 <br />12 <br /> <br />activities necessary to remove barriers to subsequent employment. <br /> <br />These <br /> <br />activities will be provided to participants referred by COUNTY to the SANTA <br /> <br />ANA Workforce Investment Board (WIB). a division of CONTRACTOR. <br /> <br />CONTRACTOR <br /> <br />shall cooperate with the California Department of Social Services (CDSS) on <br />the implementation of Community Service activities to the mutual satisfaction <br /> <br />of COUNTY and CDSS. and with any and a 11 future requi rements estab 1 i shed by <br />CDSS relating to calculation of required Community Service participation hours <br /> <br />for each participant. <br /> <br />Removal of barriers <br /> <br />to employment shall be accomplished <br />limited to the following: <br /> <br />by a variety of methods, including but not <br /> <br />3.1.1 <br /> <br />Working with participants, MDT and educational providers <br /> <br />to develop job training and employment related interpersonal skills in one of <br />the following areas identified as growth oriented; meeting an unmet community <br /> <br />need; and in high demand for new employees: <br /> <br />3.1.1.1 <br /> <br />3.1.1.2 <br /> <br />Automation Technician (Data Entry) <br />Certified Nurse Assistant <br /> <br />3.1.1.3 <br />3.1.1.4 <br /> <br />Child Care Provider (Day Care Center) <br />Clerical <br /> <br />3.1.1.4.1 <br /> <br />General Clerical <br /> <br />(WSH0204) <br /> <br />2 of 10 <br />
