<br />3. <br /> <br />O.C. MENTAL HEALTH FACILITY <br /> <br />This item was continued to the next meeting. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />PROJECT UPDATES <br /> <br />a) SWC First and Main Streets - Caribou has hired Joe Musil to design a roof <br />top sign for the building. Caribou will be submitting for a sign variance. <br />Caribou plans to open the restaurant by summer. Sergio Klotz will follow up <br />with Bob St. Paul on the permit status for the project and inform the <br />committee. <br /> <br />b) Citv Place West - The Environmental document is being finalized. The <br />project is scheduled to go to Planning Commission in June and City Council <br />in July. <br /> <br />c) YMCA - Staff continues to work with developers on various proposals for the <br />building. Maintenance of the building is progressing. <br /> <br />d) Court of Appeals - No update. <br /> <br />e) 4th Street Pushcart Status - Matt Lamb will be meeting with Jose Ortiz for <br />final design approval before going into production. Once this is achieved, <br />staff will pursue consensus on uniforms and operations. <br /> <br />f) Sav-On Lofts - Cal State Fullerton will be working with the owner of the units <br />after completion of the lofts, to hopefully secure the units as housing for <br />CSUF faculty. The OCCCA wall adjacent to the building will be sandblasted <br />the week of April 26. <br /> <br />g) Sycamore Garaae Landscapina - Caribou has agreed to replace the <br />landscaping at the entry to the parking lot on Broadway adjacent to the <br />structure. <br /> <br />h) Banners - South Main - Danell Mercado reported that there are a total of 126 <br />poles between First and Warner. The Merchants Association uses 76 poles <br />every December for Christmas decorations. The cost to design, manufacture <br />and install 76 banners is $12,540.
