In order to facilitate repairs, the <br />Building Maintenance Superintendent solicits quotes from various <br />vendors to perform work. In six separate solicitations for lobby door <br />repairs, pump installation, drywall installation, cabinetry repair, <br />ceiling construction and ceiling repair, De La Secura, Inc. was the low <br />bidder. <br /> <br />Although no individual job exceeds $6,520, the combined cost of the <br />purchases exceeds the $10,000 aggregate limit and requires City Council <br />approval.
