Approve a Funding Analysis with a total estimated construction cost <br />of $608,500. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION <br /> <br />Harbor Boulevard between the South City Limits and Westminster Avenue has <br />recently shown significant pavement deterioration (Exhibit 1). To extend <br />the design life and to protect the street from further accelerated <br />deterioration, the City needs to resurface and rehabilitate the street. <br /> <br />The Notice Inviting Bids was advertised on May 7 and 10, 2004 and bids <br />were opened on May 27, 2004.
