The Police Department is developing a voluntary <br />physical fitness program for sworn officers that will include health <br />screenings. <br /> <br />Additionally, Risk Management has used U.S. Healthcare to provide risk <br />exposure physicals such as Blood Lead Level Exposure (firing range) 1 <br />Asbestos Exposure, Airborne Exposures (meningitis, smallpox) and Blood- <br />borne Exposures (Hepatitis, HIV) , and the Personnel Services Agency <br />annually contracts with U.S. Healthworks to provide low cost flu <br />vaccinations for City employees. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />8 Funds are available in FY 2004/05 budgets in the Fire Department's Fire <br />Suppression Other Contractual Services account (account no. 11-323-6291, <br />$47,000); the Police Department's Human Resources Division Other <br /> <br />25E-1 <br />
