CI ANAGER <br /> <br />CONTINUED TO <br /> <br />FILE NUMBER <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION <br /> <br />Direct the City Attorney to prepare and authorize the City Manager and <br />Clerk of the Council to execute an amendment to the agreement with Choc Le, <br />increasing the agreement by $22,300 and extending the term of the agreement <br />~ June 30, 2005. <br /> <br />.SCUSSION <br /> <br />On December 1, 2000 the City and Choc Le entered into an agreement to <br />provide martial arts instruction for Tae Kwon Do classes, offered as part <br />of our Leisure Services program. Choc Le provides four hours of weekly <br />martial arts instruction for youth, teens and adults at Salgado Community <br />Center. This amendment will increase the agreement amount $22,300 and <br />accommodate the increased enrollment and level of service provided by the <br />martial arts instructor through the end of the agreement term.
