<br />Adoption <br />June 21, <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />of Vending Vehicle Regulations <br />2004 <br /> <br />At present, Community Preservation addresses complaints from vehicles <br />vending on private property, while complaints regarding improper vending <br />activity in the streets is referred to the Police Department. Under the <br />provisions of the proposed ordinance, each agency will have equal <br />enforcement authority. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br /> <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the <br />recommended action is exempt from further review. Categorical Exemption <br />Environmental Review No. 2004-157 will be filed for this project. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br /> <br /> <br />St phen G.
