Additionally, every even numbered year <br />the City is required to adopt a resolution affirming consistency between <br />the City's Circulation Element and the Orange County Master Plan of <br />Arterial Highways (MPAH) and certifying its Pavement Management Plan (PMP). <br />The resolution indicates that the City has adopted a General Plan <br />Circulation Element that does not preclude implementation of the MPAH <br />within the City of Santa Ana. Furthermore, it indicates that the City has <br />prepared and maintained a local PMP that is consistent with countywide <br />pavement condition assessment standards. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL I'MPACT <br /> <br />There is no environmental impact associated with this action. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMl'ACT <br /> <br />Adoption of the resolution will enable the City to <br />approximately $3.6 million Measure M turnback funds <br />eligible for all Competitive Grant Funding Programs <br />ocr . <br /> <br />continue to receive <br />each year and to be <br />administered by the <br /> <br /> <br />55A-1 <br /> <br />......-- <br />
