A substantial per.manent increase in ambient noise levels in the project vicinity above levels existing without the project. c. Less Than Significant Impact According to the City's General Plan Land Use Element EIR, the project site would not be impacted with high levels of noise. The proposed project would not emit noise levels in excess of City standards, nor would employees be subject to excessive noise levels. Implementation of the proposed project would not result in a substantial permanent increase in ambient noise levels within the project area vicinity. B. Exposure of persons to or generation of excessive groundborne vibration or groundborne noise levels? D. Less Than Significant Impact The proposed project would require conventional construction equipment and building practices.
