<br />8 <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />Considerations, and all of their respective facts, findings and conclusions <br />in support of this resolution and the findings made herein. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Council hereby, approves General Plan Amendment No. <br />2004-01. The pages changed in the Land Use Element (Exhibit A), the Circulation <br />Element (Exhibit B), and the Urban Design Element (Exhibit C) are attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by this reference as though fully set forth. <br /> <br />Section 3. These General Plan amendments are expressly conditioned upon <br />adoption by the City Council of Ordinance No. NS-2649. These changes shall not vest <br />until the effective date of such ordinance. Should no such zoning ordinance <br />amendment become effective, then these General Plan amendments are null and void <br />and of no effect. <br /> <br />Section 4. The City Council hereby repeals in its entirety Resolution No. 2000- <br />059 entitled "A resolution of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana closing to <br />vehicular traffic that portion of Tenth Street between Main Street and Sycamore Street," <br />which repeal shall only become effective upon issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy to <br />One Broadway Plaza. <br /> <br />Section 5. This Resolution shall take effect immediately after its adoption by <br />the City Council, and the Clerk of the Council shall attest to and certify the vote adopting <br />this Resolution. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this - day of <br /> <br />,2004. <br /> <br />Miguel A.
