<br />D. <br /> <br />The City has adopted provisions for the limitation of access to arterial highways <br />in order to protect the integrity of the system. <br /> <br />E. <br /> <br />The City has prepared and maintained a local PMP that is consistent with <br />countywide pavement condition assessment standards. <br /> <br />Section 3.
