No adverse impacts were reported to the Public Works <br />Agency. <br /> <br />There are no City or public owned utilities within the vacated area. <br />Utility easements will not need to be reserved. Drainage and traffic <br />circulation will not be impacted by the deletion of the portion of <br />Sycamore Street sidewalk. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br /> <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality <br />proposed project is exempt from further review.
