This project will include <br />development of a GIS database of drainage and industrial facilities <br />utilized to inspect and identify possible sources of pollution, and the <br />development of a source control program. <br /> <br />Staff has solicited proposals from consultants who specialize in <br />stormwater management to help develop the City's programs. Three <br />qualified firms were contacted, PSOMAS, RBF and CDM. Due to workload <br />commitments and time constraints only one firm, CDM, submitted a <br />proposal. CDM has contracted with the City before, and the Public Works <br />Department is very confident in their expertise in the stormwater <br />management field. <br /> <br />CDM provided a very detailed proposal which <br />grant.
