(HCSI) to retrieve unattended shopping carts throughout the <br />City. Since then, HCSI has performed successfully and has worked closely <br />with staff to ensure timely service levels. Hernandez has agreed to <br />continue the service under the same terms and conditions. To ensure <br />continued uninterrupted cart-retrieval service the City Council is <br />requested to approve a new one-year agreement with two one-year renewal <br />options. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />Funds will be available in the FY 2004-2005 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Ja s G.
