ACCOUNTANTS' REPORT On motion of Councilman Herrin, <br /> seconded by Councilman Evans and <br /> unanimously carried, the Accoun- <br />tants' Report, filed by Diehl, Evans and Company, independent auditors, <br />for the quarter ending September 30, 1969, was ordered filed. <br /> <br />ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE LICENSE On motion of Councilman Herrin, <br />APPLICATIONS seconded by Councilman Patterson <br /> and unanimously carried, <br />following Alcoholic Beverage License Applications were ordered filed: <br /> <br />Blue Room, 1212 South Bristol, On Sale Beer, Person <br /> Transfer; <br />Mr. M's, 2534 West Westminster, On Sale Beer, <br /> Person Transfer; <br />Hank's Liquor, 1328 West First, New Off Sale Beer & <br /> Wine; <br />Dimas's Liquor, 1313 East First, New Off Sale General. <br /> <br />TRAFFIC Report of control devices removed <br /> or installed December 10, 1969 <br /> through December 26~ 1969, was <br />ordered filed, on motion of Councilman Herrin, seconded by Councilman <br />Evans and unanimously carried. <br /> <br />VARIANCE AND CONDITIONAL It was moved by Councilman Patterson, <br />USE PERMIT seconded by Councilman Evans and <br /> unanimously carried, to adopt the <br />findings of fact, conclusions and decisions of the Planning Commission or <br />Zoning Administrator as action of the City Council on lhe following: <br /> <br />VA 69-82, KINDEL & ANDERSON - construct a two story <br /> garden apartment complex within 150' of the A 1 District <br /> in the R 4 District at 2600 North Tustin - APPROVED; <br />VA 69-88, V. W, PARTS COMPANY - establish an auto- <br /> mobile wrecking yard in the M 1 District at 1804 West <br /> Fifth Street - APPROVED; <br />VA 69-89, MORENO - construct an additional single family <br /> dwelling on a lot with an existing residence in the R 1 <br /> District at 2140 South Hickory - APPROVED; <br />VA 69-90, HEFLINGER - operate automolive garage in the <br /> C 1 Districl at 626 West Seventeenth Street - APPROVED; <br />VA 69-93, TURNER - construct l0 story hotel and <br /> restaurant complex with less than the required setbacks <br /> and waive the 15' wide required landscaping in the R 1 <br /> and C 2 Districts at 1602 East First Street - APPROVED; <br />CUP 69-I3, V.W.
