REPORTS It was moved by Councilman Patterson~ <br /> seconded by Councilman Evans and <br /> unanimously carried, that if the Council <br />meeting is adjourned to March 30 for consideration of the five reports that were <br />not ready for presentation at this meeting, that they be given agenda priority <br />as follows: (17 Report on Study of Lot Fees; (2) Report on Parking Meters <br />Removal on Fourth Street; (3) Report on Warrant Study for Crossing Guards; <br />(4) Report on Proposed Changes in Refuse Collection Program; (5) Report on <br />Street Widening and Reimbursement Fees. <br /> <br />SCHOOL BOARD ELECTIONS Council discussed the possibility of <br /> submitting to the voters, on the June <br /> Primary Ballot, the question of whether <br />or not the provisions pertaining to the election of School Board members <br />should be removed from the City Charter. The Council requested that <br />Councilman Patterson review the subject and present a report to the Council <br />on March 30. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION On motion of Councilman Villa, seconded <br /> by Councilman Patterson and unanimously <br /> carried, the City Attorney was instructed <br />to prepare a resolution of appreciation for Henry Mohle, former Assistant <br />Director of Public Works. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT At 11:40 P.M., there being no further <br /> business to come before the City Council, <br /> the meeting was adjourned to 6:30 P. M. , <br />March 30, 1970, in the Council Chamber, City Hall Annex, 500 West Sixth Street, <br />on motion of Councilman Evans, seconded by Councilman Patterson and unanimously <br />carried, for the purpose of considering the following items: <br /> <br />1. Report on Study of Lot Fees; <br /> <br />2. Report on Parking Meters Removal on Fourth Street from Ross to <br /> French; <br /> <br />3. Report on the Warrant Study for Crossing Guards; <br /> <br />4. Report on proposed changes in Refuse Collection Program; <br /> <br />5.
