PUBLIC HEARING The public hearing was opened to <br />ORD. Ca[lens, to <br />construct a garden apartment complex and commercial building in the R 1 <br />District at 3771 South Greenville. <br /> <br />George Buccola, 4612 Camden Drive, Newport Beach, the developer, spoke <br />in opposition to the appeal. He explained that they have no interest in the <br />commercial endeavor, that it was proposed simply for the convenience of <br />the people who would be living in the development, and that they would be <br />willing to abide by the Council's decision as to deletion or retention of <br />the commercial building. ~. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL - 95 - <br /> <br />April 6, 1970 <br /> <br /> <br />
