M., <br />with all Council members present. <br /> <br />RENT SUPPLEMENT SOUTHWEST SANTA ANA HOUSING MANAGEMENT <br />CORPORATION (Continued) <br /> <br />Mr. Charles W. Fant displayed the plans for the development at the request of <br />Councilman Evans. He stated that the dorparation i~s composed of three directors <br />who are long-time Santa Aha residents; that it was formed to try to create some <br />housing in the southwest area; that the proposed construction had already been <br />approved by FHA. <br /> <br /> Mrs. Janice Boer, 912 N.
