<br />Section 2. Attached here to as Attachment A the procedures for considering <br />and implementing Neighborhood Traffic Management Plans. <br /> <br />Section 3. The Executive Director of Public Works and ETAC may adopt <br />guidelines for the City staff and community for the implementation of this resolution, <br />which should include such things as standards for the types of roadway design features <br />to be used in neighborhood traffic plans, and details for the process including conduct of <br />meetings, format for petitions, deadlines for submittals, etc., not otherwise inconsistent <br />with the terms of this Resolution. Adoption of these guidelines is not necessary for <br />approval of any Neighborhood Traffic Management Plans, however. <br /> <br />Section 4. Nothing in this resolution is intended to limit the use of approved <br />traffic control measures as approved by CalTrans, or street designs utilized by the <br />Public Works Agency or the City for purposes other than as described in Vehicle Code <br />Section 21101 (f). <br /> <br />Section 5.
