This report (Exhibit 1) is being provided in order to <br />satisfy this requirement. <br /> <br />On September 2, 2003, the Community Redevelopment Agency conducted a <br />public hearing and approved Resolution No. 2003-10, which authorized a <br />development agreement and the conveyance of the parcel located at 322 W. <br />Adams Street to Habitat for Humanity of Orange County. This parcel, <br />containing two lots, was sold to Habitat for $269,000 on December 3, 2003, <br />with the expressed goal of facilitating the development of affordable <br />homeownership opportunities for two very-low income families. <br /> <br />Habitat for Humanity of Orange County has proceeded <br />development of one home at the site in December 2003 <br />initiated construction on the second home. <br /> <br />to complete the <br />and has recently <br /> <br />19C-1 <br />
