<br />Use in Accordance with Redevelopment Plan. The Owner covenants
<br />
<br />and agrees for itself, its successors, assigns, and every successor in interest to the Agency
<br />Parcel or any part thereof, that upon the Closing and during the period of the Owner's
<br />ownership of the Agency Parcel, the Owner shall devote the Agency Parcel to the uses
<br />
<br />specified in the Redevelopment Plan and the DDA. All activities undertaken by the
<br />Owner pursuant to the DDA shall conform to the Redevelopment Plan and all applicable
<br />provisions of the City Municipal Code; provided, however, that the Owner shall not be
<br />required to comply with changes in the use requirements of the Redevelopment Plan
<br />made after the date of the DDA unless the Owner consents to such changes in writing.
<br />3, Nondiscrimination Covenants. The Owner covenants by and for itself
<br />and any successors in interest that, upon the Owner's acquisition of the Agency Parcel
<br />
<br />and during the period of Owner's ownership thereof there shall be no discrimination
<br />against or segregation of any person or group of persons on account of race, color, creed,
<br />religion, sex, marital status, national origin or ancestry in the sale, lease, sublease,
<br />
<br />transfer, use, occupancy, tenure or enjoyment ofthe Agency Parcel, nor shall the Owner
<br />itself or any person claiming under or through it establish or permit any such practice or
<br />practices of discrimination or segregation with reference to the selection, location,
<br />
<br />number, use or occupancy of tenants, lessees, subtenants, sublessees or vendees of the
<br />
<br />
<br />Agency Parcel. The covenants set forth above shall run with the land.

<br />
<br />All deeds, leases or contracts shall contain or be subject to substantially the
<br />
<br />following nondiscrimination or nonsegregation clauses:
