The subject <br />site is currently vacant but had been utilized for agricultural purposes <br />until the past few years. The parcel is generally bordered by MacArthur <br />Boulevard to the south, Greenville Street to the west, Alton Avenue to <br />the north and Bear Street to the east. <br /> <br />75C-2 <br />
