<br />Conditional Use <br />June 28, 2004 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br />Permit No. 2002-16 <br /> <br />Findings of Fact <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Will the proposed use provide a service or facility, which will <br />contribute to the general welfare of the neighborhood or community? <br /> <br />The Christ Our Savior Cathedral Parish and undercroft, <br />conditioned, will contribute to the general welfare of <br />community by providing a religious facility that is <br />currently found in the area. <br /> <br />as <br />the <br />not <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />Will the proposed use under the <br />case be detrimental to the health, <br />persons residing or working in the <br /> <br />circumstances of <br />safety or general <br />vicinity? <br /> <br />the particular <br />welfare of the <br /> <br />The cathedral parish is not anticipated to create any <br />detrimental impacts to persons residing or working in the <br />area. All functions, including the undercroft, will be <br />conducted within the enclosed buildings. Further, conditions <br />of approval have been incorporated into the proj ect that are <br />intended to address adverse impacts before they occur. <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />Will the proposed use adversely affect <br />stability or future economic development <br />surrounding area? <br /> <br />the <br />of <br /> <br />present <br />property <br /> <br />economic <br />in the <br /> <br />The proposed cathedral parish and undercroft, as conditioned, <br />will not create any negative or detrimental impacts on the <br />economic viability of the surrounding area.
