<br />JUNE 28, 2004 <br />PAGE 1 OF 1 <br /> <br />Conditions for Approval <br /> <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 2002-16 is approved subject to compliance to <br />the reasonable satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with all applicable <br />sections of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, the California Administrative <br />Code, the Uniform Fire Code, the Uniform Building Code, and all other <br />applicable regulations. <br /> <br />The applicant must comply <br />below prior to exercising <br />permit. <br /> <br />in full with each and every condition listed <br />the rights conferred by this conditional use <br /> <br />The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below <br />throughout the life of the conditional use permit. Failure to comply with <br />each and every condition may result in revocation of the conditional use <br />permit. <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Planning Division <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The project must be in compliance with the provisions of Site <br />Plan review (DP No. 02-4). <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Use of the facilities is restricted to the Operation Schedule <br />Plan delineated on the site plan. Any amendment to this <br />operations plan must be submitted to the Planning Division for <br />further review.
