<br />V. <br /> <br />CULTURAL RESOURCES <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Cause a substantial adverse change in the significance of a <br />historical resource as defined in Section 15064.5? <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />Cause a substantial adverse change in the significance of a <br />unique archaeological resource pursuant to Section 15064.5? <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />Directly or indirectly disturb or destroy a unique <br />paleontogical resource or site? <br /> <br />D. <br /> <br />Disturb any human remains, including those interred outside <br />of for.mal cemeteries. <br /> <br />No Impac t <br /> <br />According to the National Register of Historical Resources, the <br />City of Santa Ana Local Register of Historical Resources and the <br />City of Santa Ana General Plan Land Use Element EIR, Santa Ana <br />contains a high number of known cultural resources. <br />Additionally, according to the General Plan Land Use Element <br />EIR, Santa Ana also has a high probability for the discovery of <br />unknown cultural resources. A potentially significant impact to <br />cultural resources can occur when a project or activity <br />modifies, disturbs or displaces sensitive cultural resources. <br /> <br />Approval of the proposed general plan element amendments would <br />not result in impacts to any known or unknown cultural <br />resources, in that the approval of the proposed amendments would <br />not facilitate the development of any land uses or involve any <br />activities that would disturb or displace known or unknown <br />cultural resources. Therefore, approval of the proposed general <br />plan element amendments would not result in significant impacts <br />to cultural resources. <br /> <br />VI. GEOLOGY/SOILS <br /> <br />A-I. <br /> <br />Rupture of a known earthquake fault, as delineated on the <br />most recent Alquist-Priolo Earthquake Fault Zoning Map <br />issued by the State geologist for the area or based on <br />other substantial evidence of a known fault? <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />According to the City's General Plan Land Use Element EIR there <br />are no active earthquake faults, Alquist-Priolo Earthquake Zones <br />or landslides within the City.
