<br />Proposed Policy 5.14: "Minimize the quantity of storm water directed to <br />impermeable surfaces and MS4 conveyance or system of conveyances <br />{including roads with drainage systems, municipal streets, catch basins, <br />urbs, gutters, di tches, man-mad channels or storm drains} and maximize <br />the percentage of permeable surfaces to allow more percolation of storm <br />water into ground". <br /> <br />Proposed Policy 5.15: "Encourage the use of wa ter quali ty wetlands, <br />biofiltration swales, watershed-scale retrofits, etc. where such measures <br />are likely to be effective and technically and economically feasible". <br /> <br />Existing Implementation action that relates to proposed policies: Protect <br />sensitive land uses through environmental assessment and project review. <br /> <br />'Ï"SO'!33 <br />
