<br />Agreement with <br />July 19, 2004 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />All Access Entertainment <br /> <br />The agreement shall provide that All Access Entertainment will be <br />responsible for meeting the usual City requirements for special event such <br />as insurance and security, assume all costs for organizing and conducting <br />the event, reimburse the City for all of its costs including but not <br />limited to police and traffic services, plus pay a fee to the City. In <br />past years, All Access Entertainment has agreed to pay a flat fee of <br />$15,000 to $20,000 plus a percentage of net revenue. Staff is authorized <br />to reach agreement on a fee for 2004 provided it is substantially similar <br />to prior terms. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />The City will receive a flat fee and percentage of <br />finally agreed to by Staff.
