On motion of Councilman Patterson, seconded by Councilman Villa, Council moved fo reconsider award of contract for Project 7017 (Agenda Item 1), on the following roll call vote: AYES: NOES: ABSENT: Herrin, Patterson, Villa, Yamamoto, Griset Evans, Markel None It was then moved by Councilman Patterson, seconded by Councilman Villa, that Project 7017 (Agenda Item 1) be considered at the end of the afternoon Agenda prior to Agenda Items 2 through 11.
