DEEDS WITH CAS H It was moved by Councilman Patterson, <br />GRANTEE, CITY seconded by Councilman Herrin, to <br /> approve the following deeds and <br />authorize execution of the escrows by the Mayor: <br /> <br />Young, north side of First, west side of <br />Pacific, street purposes. <br /> <br />Falcon, north side of First, east of <br />Townsend, street purposes. <br /> <br />Esparza, north side of First, west of <br />Western, street purposes. <br /> <br />Castillo, north side of First, east of <br />Raitt, street purposes. <br /> <br />The motion passed on the following roll call vote: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Herrin, Evans, Patterson, Villa, Yamamoto, Griset <br />Markel <br />None <br /> <br />DEEDS, NO CASH The Report of No-Cash Deeds accepted <br />GRANTEE, CITY by the City Manager, pursuant to Resolu- <br /> tion No. 69-156, from October 15, 1970 <br />through October 18, 1970, was ordered filed, on motion of Councilman Patterson, <br />seconded by Councilman Herrin and unanimously carried. <br /> <br />AGENDA ORDER On motion of Councilman Herrin, <br /> seconded by Councilman Yamamoto <br /> and unanimously carried, Agenda Item <br />No. 56 regarding proposed City of Irvine, was deferred until after the <br />utility user tax discussion. <br /> <br />R.C. HOILES On motion of Councilman Markel, <br />MEMORY HONORED seconded by Councilman Herrin and <br /> unanimously carried, the memory of <br />Mr. R. C. Hoiles was honored by the City Council with a moment of silent <br />prayer.
