MINUTES OF THE <br />ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />November 30, 1970 <br /> <br />The meeting was convened at 4:00 P.M., in the Mayor's Office at City <br />Ha/i, 217 North Main Street, the Order of Adjournment having been <br />posted, with evidence on file in the office of the Clerk of the Council. <br />Councilmen present were: Wade Herrin, Vernon S. Evans, Jo Ogden <br />Markel, Jerry M. Patterson and Mayor Lorin Offset. Councilmen <br />Villa and Yamamoto arrived irnmediately after the Roll Call. Also <br />present were City Manager Carl J.
