<br />One Broadway Plaza <br />Environmental Impact Report <br /> <br />. Elevations of all sides of the buildings on minimum 19" x 24" mylar and <br />waterproof ink, copied and reduced to 8.5" x 11" on archival bond. <br /> <br />Findings and Facts in Support of Findings <br /> <br />. Floor plan with measurements. <br /> <br />. Site plan should also include measurements. <br /> <br />. Photographically must include a separate index and captions and all photos should <br />be black and white. <br /> <br />1. All survey information must be performed by a person technically trained in HABS <br />methods. <br /> <br />CR-9 Relocation for Resources listed on the City of Santa Ana Register of Historical Property at <br />1015 North Broadway (Twist-Basler House). <br /> <br />The developer shall relocate the structure located at 1015 North Broadway to a City <br />approved location. Further, the structure shall be placed on a permanent foundation, have <br />all utility services connected/operational and be rehabilitated to City standards. <br /> <br />4.1.7.4 Level of Significance of Impacts Related to Cultural and Historic Resources <br /> <br />The adverse impacts of the project related to the removal of three historic structures and the <br />changes to the setting of the historic structures cannot be mitigated to below a level of <br />significance. Therefore, the One Broadway Plaza project will result in significant adverse <br />impacts on historical resources that cannot be mitigated to below a level of significance. <br /> <br />4.2 <br /> <br />POTENTIALLY SIGNIFICANT ADVERSE IMP ACTS OF THE ONE BROADWAY <br />PLAZA PROJECT WHICH CAN BE MITGATED TO BELOW A LEVEL OF <br />SIGNIFICANCE <br /> <br />Potentially significant adverse impacts of the One Broadway Plaza project which can be <br />mitigated to below a level of significance are described in this Section. The City of Santa Ana <br />City Council finds that these potentially significant adverse impacts of the project would be <br />mitigated to below a level of significance, after implementation of the noted mitigation <br />measures. <br /> <br />4.2.1 <br /> <br />IMP ACTS RELATED TO TOPOGRAPHY, GEOLOGY AND SOILS <br /> <br />4.2.1.1 Potentially Significant Adverse Impacts Related to Topography. Geology and Soils <br /> <br />As described in detail in Section 3.2 (Topography, Geology and Soils) in the EIR, the One <br />Broadway Plaza project will impact existing topography and soils on the project site. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2004-020 <br />Page 42 of 73 <br />
