<br />E. <br /> <br />F. <br /> <br />G. <br /> <br />H. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2004-052 <br />Page 2 of 7 <br /> <br />On June 14, 2004, the Planning Commission, held a duly noticed public <br />hearing, and by a vote of 6:1 (Sinclair opposed) voted to recommend that <br />the City Council: <br /> <br />1. Adopt additional mitigation measures in response to comments <br />from the Santa Ana Unified School District. <br /> <br />Adopt and ordinance approving Development Agreement No. 2004- <br />01. <br /> <br />Adopt a resolution approving Tentative Parcel Map No. 2004-02 <br />(County Map No. 2003-262) as conditioned. <br /> <br />On July 6, 2004, a second City Council meeting was scheduled and was <br />continued by the City Council to July 19, 2004. <br /> <br />On July 19, 2004, the aforesaid hearing was held and at that time the City <br />Council considered all testimony, written and oral. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Santa Ana determines that the following <br />findings have been established: <br /> <br />1. The proposed project, as conditioned, and its design and <br />improvements are consistent with the General Commercial (GC) <br />designation of the General Plan and are otherwise consistent with all <br />other elements of the General Plan. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Tentative Parcel Map No. 2004-02 (County Map No. 2003- <br />262) will have no adverse affect on the land uses as <br />prescribed by the General Plan. The project will delete <br />existing property lines and will be in compliance with the <br />amended General Plan land use designation for the site. <br /> <br />The proposed project, as conditioned, conforms to all applicable <br />requirements of the zoning and subdivision codes as well as other <br />applicable City ordinances. <br /> <br />Tentative Parcel Map No. 2004-02 is in keeping with the <br />provisions of Site Plan Review, Chapters 34 and 41 of the <br />Santa Ana Municipal Code and the proposed provisions of <br />Specific Development No. 75 (SD-75). These provisions <br />pertain to the subdivision of land and development standards <br />for the site. <br /> <br />The project site is physically suitable for the type and density of the <br />proposed project. <br /> <br />Tentative Parcel Map No. 2004-02 will not create a condition <br />that makes the subdivision physically unsuitable for the site. <br />This map is for lot consolidation purposes only and will <br /> <br />3. <br />
