MANPOWER TRAINING PROGRAM It was moved by Council- <br /> man Evans, seconded by <br /> Councilman Patterson, <br />that the temporary use of five offices in the Community Center Building for a Manpower <br />Training project directed by Mr. Robert Byron be extended to April 2, 1971. <br />After that date the applicant shall pay a monthly rental of $175 and shall be required <br />to execute the City standard lease, so that the City will be held harmless from <br />acts of the tenant.
