NS-1071 ORDINANCE NS-1071 AMENDING <br />ON-SALE LIQUOR AND BEER THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL <br /> CODE BY AMENDING SECTIONS <br />41-395 AND 41-412 OF CHAPTER 41 THEREOF PERTAINING TO ON-SALE <br />LIQUOR AND BEER ESTABLISHMENTS was passed to second reading, on <br />motion of Councilman Herrin, seconded by Councilman Markel, and unanimously <br />carried. <br /> <br />ORD. NS-107Z ORDINANCE NS-107Z AMENDING <br />ON-SALE LIQUOR AND BEER THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL <br /> CODE BY AiVIENDING SECTION <br />41-12 (a) THERE'OF PERTAINING TO ON-SALE LIQUOR AND BEER <br />ESTABLISHMENTS was ordered deleted from the Agenda at the request of the <br />City Attorney. <br /> <br />RES. 71-16 RESOLUTION 71-16 AUTHORIZING <br />SANTIAGO COOPERATIVE THE EXECUTION OF A JOINT <br />LIBRARY SYSTEM POWERS AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br /> THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AND <br />THE EXISTING MEMBERS OF THE SANTIAGO COOPERATIVE LIBRARY <br />SYSTEM was adopted, on motion of Councilman Patterson, seconded by <br />Councilman Villa, and carried unanimously. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL -53- February 16, 1971 <br /> <br /> <br />
