PRESENTATION REFORM Planning Commissioner /ohn
<br />COMMITTEE Schilling was present to reply
<br /> to any questions the Council might
<br />have in connection with the Presentation Reform Committee's final report
<br />dated March 22, 1971. Councilman Markel suggested that the matter should be
<br />delayed until after the April 6th election; Councilman Patterson stated that
<br />any fut~ire Council could revise the procedure and briefly reviewed the report.
<br />Councilman Villa's motion, seconded by Councilman Yamamoto, to adopt the
<br />report of the Presentation Reform Committee and implement the recommendations
<br />therein, was amended to include a provision that all persons must address the
<br />Council through the Chair, The amendment was incorporated with the consent of
<br />Councilmen Villa and Yamamoto, and the motion carried on the following roll call
<br />vote:
