M., with <br /> <br />RES. 71-42 RESOLUTION 71-42 AMENDING <br />MISCELLANEOUS FEES FEES FOR MISCELLANEOUS <br /> SALES AND SERVICE was <br />adopted, on motion of Councilman Evans, seconded by Councilman Yamamoto, <br />and carried on a 6 - 1 vote, Councilman Markel dissenting. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT The City Attorney stated there <br />DIEHL, EVANS & COMI~ANY is no conflict of interest in this <br /> matter by reason of a <br />contribution to a political campaign by any member of the firm.
