RES. 71-62 RESOLUTION 71-62 OF THE CITY <br />ORANGE COUNTY CRIMINAL OF SANTA ANA RECOGNIZING <br />JUSTICE COUNCIL THE ORANGE COUNTY CRIMINAL <br /> JUSTICE COUNCIL AS THE <br />REGIONAL CRIMINAL JUSTICE PLANNING BOARD, was adopted, on motion <br />of Councilman Yamamoto, seconded by Councilman Villa, and carried on a <br />5 - 2 vote, Councilmen Herrin and Markel dissenting. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT Lease Agreement between the City <br />SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA WATER of Santa Ana and the Southern <br />COMPANY California Water Company for rental <br /> of property at 618 North Figueroa <br />Street for purposes of a minipark, was approved, and its execution by the <br />Mayor and Clerk authorized, on motion of Councilman Evans, seconded by <br />Councilman Yamamoto, and unanimously carried. <br /> <br />ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE LICENSE It was moved by Councilman Herrin, <br />APPLICATIONS seconded by Councilman Evans, and <br /> carried on a 6 - 1 vote. Councilman <br />Yamamoto dissenting, to receive and file the following Alcoholic Beverage <br />License applications: <br /> <br />EL BARt~t~E, 105 N.
