DISCUSSION <br /> <br />gloves for a <br />in an annual <br /> <br />The Central Stores section of the Finance and Management Services <br />Agency provides safety gloves to various departments throughout the <br />City for use in the performance of their duties. The contract for <br />safety gloves is designed to provide quality products at significant <br />savings based on quantity pricing. <br /> <br />The notice inviting bids was advertised on June 23 and 25, <br />bids were solicited. The bids <br />were evaluated based upon specific types of gloves and were awarded on <br />an all-or-none basis. The bids received from Kathco Products and <br />United Industries included a glove not specified, therefore rendering <br />. the bids as nonresponsive.
