The final pavement report provides engineering <br />recommendations for pavement overlays and reconstruction. <br /> <br />Qualified firms were contacted and two firms submitted proposals. These <br />proposals were evaluated by a review committee to compare the quality of <br />personnel, client satisfaction and rate schedules. The following is an <br />average of their final scores: <br /> <br />. LaBelle Marvin <br />.
