Conditions for Approval for Conditional Use Permit No. 2002-16 This amendment to Conditional Use Permit No. 2002-16 is approved subject to compliance to the reasonable satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with all applicable sections of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, the California Administrative Code, the Uniform Fire Code, the Uniform Building Code, and all other applicable regulations. The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition listed below prior to exercising the rights conferred by this conditional use permit. The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below throughout the life of the conditional use permit. Failure to comply with each and every condition may result in revocation of the conditional use permit. A. PlanninQ Division 1. The project must be in compliance with the provisions of Site Plan review (DP No. 02-4). 2. Use of the facilities is restricted to the Operation Schedule Plan delineated on the site plan. Any amendment to this operations plan must be submitted to the Planning Division for further review. Based on this review, if it is determined that the project results in a higher parking demand, the project will need to be submitted to the Planning Commission for further action. 3. Install an eight-foot high block wall along the east property prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the Cathedral building. 4. Within six (6) months of City Council approval, the perimeter of the project site shall be landscaped and irrigated per a landscape plan to be reviewed and approved by the City's Landscape Development Associate (Added by the Planning Commission on June 28, 2004 and modified by City Council on July 19, 2004).
