<br />Conditions for Approval for Conditional Use Permit No. 2002-16 <br /> <br />This amendment to Conditional Use Permit No. 2002-16 is approved subject to <br />compliance to the reasonable satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with all applicable <br />sections of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, the California Administrative Code, the <br />Uniform Fire Code, the Uniform Building Code, and all other applicable regulations. <br /> <br />The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition listed below prior to <br />exercising the rights conferred by this conditional use permit. <br /> <br />The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below throughout the life <br />of the conditional use permit. Failure to comply with each and every condition may result <br />in revocation of the conditional use permit. <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />PlanninQ Division <br /> <br />1. The project must be in compliance with the provisions of Site Plan review <br />(DP No. 02-4). <br /> <br />2. Use of the facilities is restricted to the Operation Schedule Plan delineated <br />on the site plan. Any amendment to this operations plan must be <br />submitted to the Planning Division for further review. Based on this <br />review, if it is determined that the project results in a higher parking <br />demand, the project will need to be submitted to the Planning Commission <br />for further action. <br /> <br />3. Install an eight-foot high block wall along the east property prior to issuance <br />of a certificate of occupancy for the Cathedral building. <br /> <br />4. Within six (6) months of City Council approval, the perimeter of the project <br />site shall be landscaped and irrigated per a landscape plan to be reviewed <br />and approved by the City's Landscape Development Associate (Added by <br />the Planning Commission on June 28, 2004 and modified by City Council on <br />July 19, 2004). <br /> <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2004-056 <br />Page 4 of 4 <br />
