The Police <br />Department recommends utilizing Abel Armas Arbitration/Mediation Services <br />to administer its Animal Service Division's administrative citation <br />hearings. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />Funds are available in the Police Department's Animal Services Contractual <br />Services account (account no. 11-339-6291). <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FUNDS AND ACCOUNTS: <br /> <br />~ 2k-,*I~ <br /> <br />Paul M.
