By continuing the lease of this <br />space from MAOF, the Santa Ana W/O/R/K Center will be able to maintain <br />these necessary resources for community residents. <br /> <br />The office space, located at 502 S. Ross, Santa Ana, is 324 square feet <br />wi th a monthly lease rate of $1 per square foot for an amount not to <br />exceed $4,000 during the twelve-month term of the lease. <br /> <br />25F-1 <br />
