<br />.","''''''., <br /> <br />ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />SUMMARY MINUTES <br /> <br />July 21,2004 <br /> <br />TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 2004-04 <br />10:35 a.m. <br /> <br />Mr. Kenneth Adams, Zoning Administrator, opened the public hearing in the City Hall <br />Ross Annex Conference Room 2001. <br /> <br />Also in attendance were: Arnulfo Ortiz, Applicant; Verny Carvajal, Associate Planner; <br />Yolanda Pena, Police Department; and Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary. <br /> <br />Verny Carvajal, Associate Planner, presented the staff report and recommendation. <br /> <br />Mr. Adams asked the applicant if he had any comments. Mr. Carvajal translated in <br />Spanish for Mr. Ortiz to which he answered no. <br /> <br />Mr. Adams asked Mr. Ortiz if he read and understood the conditions on Exhibit 7 and <br />if he will abide by them. Mr. Carvajal translated for Mr. Ortiz who then answered yes. <br /> <br />The Zoning Administrator approved Tentative Parcel Map No. 2004-04 as <br />conditioned. <br /> <br />Mr. Adams closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />The hearing adjourned at 10:40 a.m. <br /> <br /> <br />mrlzoning administrationlMinutes\2004\ZA 07-21 TPM04-04 <br /> <br />318-12 <br />
